Policies

  • We give a free assessment of your computers within 48 hours of the request.
  • We are available to pick up or drop off device within our business hours. Our hours is posted on our contact page
  • Once you made a decision to go with us, we will provide the address to hand over for repair in person, drop by it or ship it.
  • Please make sure you back up all your files before bringing in your computer.
  • You need pay $100 upfront before any computer repair or upgrade happens.
  • For any builds, you are responsible to pay for the computer parts we purchased under your behalf plus the labour fee.
  • We will start servicing you and your computer once the payment has been made. The assessment on your device is free but the actual repair and build are not. We will always put our best foot and make sure we service your device as best as we can.
  • You receive a 50% refund if we aren’t able to fix your problem. However, we will provide you places or resources you can help you.  We will not leave you empty-handed regardless.  Email us at info@kmagcomputers.com if you want to know about all these options and resources.
  • After our services is done, you will get your device back once the payment has gone through. We take credit cards and e-transfer.
  • If you want to drop your device by or ship your device, email info@kmagcomputers.com and an address will be provided to you.
  • We will provide 50% off on your next repair, upgrade or build if a new problem or the same problem occurs within 4 weeks of the previous service.
  • Please give at least a hour notice for any cancellation for PC troubleshooting appointment
  • In regards to the live PC troubleshooting, pay before the appointment. We won’t have the troubleshooting without payment.
